I recently had the opportunity to photograph the brand story of Mellow, I was immediately struck by how much the store reflected the vibrant energy and style of the local business owners, Lauren and Jessica. Their store, located in downtown Knoxville, is a true reflection of their personalities—stylish, knowledgeable, and warm. The day I photographed them, I was so impressed by how effortlessly they balance their impeccable sense of style with an approachable, down-to-earth attitude that made the whole experience even more fun!


Mellow is a woman-owned small business that’s become a staple for those seeking distinct, aesthetically pleasing home goods, personal accessories, and boutique clothing. From ceramics, candles, and bags to trendy dinnerware, drinkware, modern jewelry, and stylish accessories, Mellow is the place to find pieces that transform both your home and wardrobe.
